What the job is actually like.
Grounds work in Minnesota is seasonal, physical, and weather-driven. We are not going to pretend otherwise. What we will tell you is what we control.
Equipment that works
Maintained fleet, current equipment, and a shop. You are not fighting a machine to get through the day.
Safety that is real
Daily huddles, pre-flight checklists, PPE provided. Nobody gets pushed to take a shortcut on a storm night.
Licensing paid for
We pay for applicator licensing, CDL work, and industry certification for people who want it.
Year-round for most roles
Snow keeps crews working through winter. Many positions here are full-year rather than seasonal.
