Overview

The tree on your property is either being managed or being ignored.

Commercial tree work gets deferred because nothing appears to be wrong — right up until a limb comes down on a parked car and your carrier asks when the tree was last inspected.

ProScapes handles tree and land management with our own crews and equipment. That matters most in the 48 hours after a storm, when every subcontractor in the metro is already booked.

How we work

What makes this different from the last contractor.

Hazard assessment on record

Documented condition notes on significant trees, so deferred maintenance is a decision you made rather than a thing that happened to you.

Storm response in-house

Our equipment, our crews. When the whole metro is calling contractors at once, existing accounts are not competing for a subcontractor’s calendar.

Pruned for the tree, not the schedule

Species-appropriate timing and cuts. Topping a tree to make it smaller this year creates a bigger liability in five.

Clearing with restoration

Land clearing includes what happens after — grading, soil, and turf establishment, so the site is finished rather than just cleared.

Process

The season, step by step.

Assess

Walk the property, identify hazard and clearance issues, and prioritize by risk rather than by visibility.

Plan

A multi-year pruning and removal plan that spreads cost across budget years instead of arriving as one large number.

Execute

Scheduled work performed in the correct season for the species, with access and parking impacts planned around tenants.

Respond

Storm events handled as they occur, with existing accounts prioritized and debris hauled rather than piled.

Questions

What buyers ask us.

How quickly can you respond after a storm?
Existing full-service accounts are prioritized and typically get a crew on site within the first day for access-blocking or safety issues. We are honest about this: after a major regional event, everyone is triaging, and being an existing account is what determines your place in the queue.
Do you handle emerald ash borer?
We assess ash inventory, identify infestation, and build a removal-and-replacement plan phased across budget years. On most Twin Cities commercial properties with mature ash, this is a capital planning problem more than an arboriculture problem.
Is stump removal included?
It is quoted as a line item so you can decide. On properties with turf areas, grinding and restoring is usually worth it; in a wooded buffer it often is not.
Can you clear a lot for development?
Yes — clearing, brush mowing, grading, and site restoration. For permitted work we coordinate with your civil engineer and handle the erosion control that comes with it.
