Who we are
This website is operated by ProScapes Lawn, Landscape, and Snow, owned by Savannah Grounds Co., 3401 Highway 55, Eagan, MN 55121. Questions about this policy can go to info@proscapesmn.com or (651) 528-8700.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site — a consultation request, a blowout rate request, a commercial site-walk request, or a job application — we collect what you type in: typically your name, phone, email, address, and details about your property or project. We do not ask for payment information on this website.
Like most websites, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, how people arrived, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
We use form information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and follow up about that request. When you submit a form, we email you a confirmation and send the details to our office. Those emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend, which processes the message only to deliver it.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep request and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@proscapesmn.com. To opt out of Google Analytics across sites, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is meant for adults hiring landscape services or applying for jobs. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
