Why publish this

Most of the anxiety in a landscape project is not knowing what happens next.

How much will the design cost? When do I have to commit? What if I hate it? Who is responsible when something settles? Those questions rarely get answered up front, which is why so many homeowners put off a project they actually want.

Stage 1

Consultation

A designer walks the property with you, listens to how you actually want to use the space, and flags anything structural — drainage, grade, access — before ideas get expensive.

Stage 2

Site analysis

Soil, sun, drainage, slope, utilities, and existing plant health. This is the stage that separates a design that works from a design that only looks good on paper.

Stage 3

Design

Plan drawings and material selection, with a cost range attached before anyone commits to a full construction set. You see what you’re buying.

Stage 4

Your review

You mark it up. We revise. Nothing gets ordered or scheduled until the plan and the number both have your signature on them.

Stage 5

Installation

Our crews, our equipment. Base photos before anything gets covered, site cleaned to working condition every evening, and a firm end date.

Stage 6

Walkthrough & warranty

We walk the finished work with you, show you how to care for it, and hand over the warranty. Then we’re available for the maintenance if you want it.

What you get in writing

At each stage, something concrete.

A written scope

Line items, not a lump sum. You can hold it against any other bid you are considering.

A cost range before drawings

You learn roughly what your wish list costs before paying for a full construction set.

Base and subgrade photos

Photographic record of the work you cannot inspect once it is covered.

A stated warranty

Workmanship and plant terms in writing, with the exclusions listed rather than buried.

Commercial work

The commercial process is different, and shorter.

Property managers and facility teams get a site walk, a line-item scope with service windows and trigger depths written in, and onboarding before day one. No design phase unless the scope includes capital work.

See the commercial program

Stage one is free and takes about an hour.

A designer walks the property with you and tells you what is possible, what it roughly costs, and what should happen first.
